Ve\u010dina od nas pa se pri tem le redko vpra\u0161a, kak\u0161en zrak skozi nosnice vstopa v na\u0161a plju\u010da in kako ta vpliva na na\u0161e zdravje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K sre\u010di pa se to redno spra\u0161ujejo pri Svetovni zdravstveni organizaciji (SZO), ki je ta teden (22. septembra) objavila posodobljene smernice in priporo\u010dila kakovosti zraka ter predlo\u017eila jasne dokaze o \u0161kodljivosti onesna\u017eeval zraka na zdravje ljudi \u017ee pri ni\u017ejih koncentracijah, kot so predpisane v obstoje\u010di zakonodaji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zakaj pa je vse to sploh tako pomembno in kaj lahko sami naredimo za \u010distej\u0161i zrak?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj je onesna\u017een zrak tako nevaren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejstvo, da ima onesna\u017een zrak izjemno negativne posledice na na\u0161e zdravje, potrjuje \u017ee hiter pregled nekaterih \u010drnih zdravstvenih statistik. Po podatkih SZO je namre\u010d onesna\u017een zrak drugi vodilni vzrok smrti zaradi kroni\u010dnih nenalezljivih bolezni, takoj za kajenjem tobaka. Kar ena tretjina smrti zaradi kapi, plju\u010dnega raka ali bolezni srca je povezana z onesna\u017eenostjo zraka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SZO poro\u010da tudi, da onesna\u017een zrak vsako leto povzro\u010di do 7 milijonov prezgodnjih smrti po svetu, v Evropski uniji pa do pribli\u017eno 400.000. Nove raziskave izpostavljajo predvsem ranljivost otrok, saj lahko ima zgodnja izpostavljenost onesna\u017eenemu zraku do\u017eivljenjske zdravstvene posledice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nepotrebne zdravstvene te\u017eave in prezgodnje smrti pa je mogo\u010de prepre\u010diti \u2026 V \u017eelji po spremembah v prihodnosti je SZO predstavila nove smernice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/4-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2411\" width=\"512\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/4-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/4-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/4-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/4-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/4.png 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaj se torej spreminja? Od zadnje globalne posodobitve SZO leta 2005 je bilo opazno pove\u010danje znanstvenih dokazov, ki ka\u017eejo, kako onesna\u017eevanje zraka vpliva na razli\u010dne vidike zdravja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z novimi smernicami se je zni\u017eala predvsem meja za trdne delce PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>, ki predstavljajo najve\u010dje tveganje za zdravje in za katere se zdaj priporo\u010da nova letna koncentracija 5 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3. Prav tako se je mo\u010dno zmanj\u0161ala sprejemljiva meja za du\u0161ikov dioksid (NO<sub>2<\/sub>). SZO je v smernicah za NO<sub>2 <\/sub>postavila letno mejo 10 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, kar pomeni, da je \u017ee konstantna izpostavljenost relativno nizkim koncentracijam z vidika zdravja problemati\u010dna. Ve\u010d o novih smernicah si lahko prebere\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/izo.si\/en\/sporocilo-za-javnost-szo-z-novimi-smernicami-potrjuje-ze-manjse-onesnazenje-zraka-lahko-ogroza-nase-zdravje\/\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob precej\u0161njih zni\u017eanjih dovoljenih mej se je upravi\u010deno vpra\u0161ati, kak\u0161en zrak sploh dihamo in kaj lahko \u017ee sami naredimo za dvig kakovosti zraka &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj lahko naredimo za bolj\u0161i zrak?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017delimo si seveda sprememb na politi\u010dni ravni, ki bodo povezane z novimi smernicami in ustreznimi spremembami zakonodaje. Kljub temu pa nam ni treba \u010dakati kri\u017eem rok in upati, da se bodo spremembe za\u010dele odvijati na vrhu. Vsakdo lahko namre\u010d \u017ee sam naredi marsikaj za bolj\u0161i in manj onesna\u017een zrak ter tako zmanj\u0161a svoj <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imztr.si\/data\/file\/IMZTR_Ogljicni-Odtis_Zgibanka_A3_10-2018_v13_PRESS_brezPrepogibov.pdf\">ecological footprint<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zmanj\u0161aj vnos mesa in mle\u010dnih izdelkov<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Povezava med kakovostjo zraka ter prehrano, ki vklju\u010duje meso, na prvi pogled ni tako o\u010ditna, vendar so znanstveniki odkrili, da je \u017eivinoreja odgovorna za najve\u010djo koli\u010dino onesna\u017eeval zraka, in sicer jih proizvede ve\u010d kot 50 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg tega je mle\u010dna industrija odgovorna za veliko \u0161tevilo emisij amonijaka<sup>1<\/sup>, ki ne onesna\u017euje le zraka, temve\u010d tudi povr\u0161inske in podzemne vode. Svojo prehrano lahko torej prilagodi\u0161 tako, da ta vklju\u010duje ve\u010d sadja, zelenjave, stro\u010dnic in drugih brezmesnih izdelkov, ter tako ne naredi\u0161 ne\u010desa dobrega samo za okolje, temve\u010d tudi za svoje zdravje!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><strong>Po opravkih se raje odpravi pe\u0161 ali s kolesom<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tudi ti med tistimi, ki za vsak najmanj\u0161i opravek sedejo v avtomobil, namesto da bi se raje sprehodili? Poskusi se pogosteje odpovedati avtomobilu in pred njegovo uporabo premisli, \u010de se lahko na lokacijo odpravi\u0161 tudi na druga\u010den na\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na delo se lahko na primer odpelje\u0161 z javnim prevozom ali pa se s sodelavci dogovorite za deljenje prevoza. Vo\u017enja s kolesom bo prav tako pripomogla k \u010distej\u0161emu zraku, hkrati pa bo\u0161 zaradi tega lahko nekaj minut manj v fitnesu \u2013 zmagovalna kombinacija!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" data-id=\"2426\" src=\"https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/outdoor-portrait-attractive-young-brunette-hat-bicycle-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/outdoor-portrait-attractive-young-brunette-hat-bicycle-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/outdoor-portrait-attractive-young-brunette-hat-bicycle-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/outdoor-portrait-attractive-young-brunette-hat-bicycle-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/outdoor-portrait-attractive-young-brunette-hat-bicycle-2-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/outdoor-portrait-attractive-young-brunette-hat-bicycle-2-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Po opravkih se odpravi s kolesom in tako pomagaj pri varovanju \u010distega zraka.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>V primeru, da se vo\u017enji z avtomobilom nikakor ne more\u0161 izogniti, pa svojo vo\u017enjo naredi bolj okolju prijazno. Prepre\u010di pretiran in nepotreben prosti tek, saj avtomobil v prostem teku, ki traja ve\u010d kot 10 sekund, porabi ve\u010d goriva in proizvede ve\u010d emisij, ki prispevajo k smogu in podnebnim spremembam, kot pri ustavitvi in \u200b\u200bponovnem zagonu motorja.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce namerava\u0161 kmalu zamenjati avto, premisli o nakupu elektri\u010dnega, ki izpu\u0161\u010da manj toplogrednih plinov in onesna\u017eeval zraka kot avtomobili na bencinski ali dizelski pogon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nakupuj pametno<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudi z nakupovanjem lahko vpliva\u0161 na kakovost zraka. Ko kupuje\u0161 \u010distilna sredstva, poskusi izbrati tak\u0161na brez di\u0161av, namesto aerosolov pa poi\u0161\u010di druge mo\u017enosti \u2013 namesto dezodoranta v spreju kupi tak\u0161nega v stiku ipd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker danes vse ve\u010d nakupov opravimo prek spleta, pa se je dobro vpra\u0161ati, kako s tem vplivamo na pove\u010danje vrednosti onesna\u017eeval v zraku. Dostavna vozila na dizelski pogon so namre\u010d eden najve\u010djih virov onesna\u017eenja na na\u0161ih lokalnih ulicah. Pri spletnem nakupovanju poskusi najti ponudnika, ki omogo\u010da okolju prijazno dostavo, odlo\u010di\u0161 pa se lahko tudi za opcijo osebnega prevzema ter se po naro\u010deno odpravi\u0161 z javnim prevozom ali kolesom, \u010de je to le mogo\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Spremembe vpelji tudi v svoj dom<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Seveda pa lahko veliko naredi\u0161 \u017ee z nekaj spremembami v svojem gospodinjstvu. Najprej zmanj\u0161aj ali prenehaj z uporabo kamina in pe\u010di na drva ter to opcijo zamenjaj z okolju prijaznej\u0161o. Prav tako ne se\u017eigaj listov, smeti in drugih materialov ter jih raje zavrzi na ustreznej\u0161i na\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce tvoj dom obdaja travnik, se izogibaj uporabi opreme za ko\u0161njo in drugega vrtnega orodja na plin. Ena ura uporabe starej\u0161e kosilnice na bencinski pogon lahko namre\u010d povzro\u010di toliko onesna\u017eenja zraka kot 550 kilometrov dolga vo\u017enja z novim avtomobilom!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naredi tudi nekaj dobrega za svojo denarnico in prihrani elektri\u010dno energijo ter ustrezno nastavi klimatsko napravo \u2013 \u010de jo poleti nastavi\u0161 za 1 \u00b0C ve\u010d kot obi\u010dajno, se lahko poraba energije zmanj\u0161a za 6 %!<sup>3<\/sup> Z izklapljanjem elektri\u010dnih naprav, ko jih ne uporablja\u0161, bo\u0161 prav tako prihranil elektri\u010dno energijo, kar bo zmanj\u0161alo vpliv na onesna\u017eenost zraka zaradi delovanja elektrarn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Podpri pozive k izbolj\u0161anju kakovosti zraka<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za bolj\u0161i zrak pa lahko poskrbi\u0161 tudi s spremljanjem lokalnega razvoja in sprememb zakonodaje, ki se osredoto\u010da na onesna\u017eenje zraka. Podpri iniciative, kot so obmo\u010dja brez motornega prometa v mestih in <a href=\"https:\/\/izo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/na_pot_v_zeleni_prestavi.pdf\">trajnostna mobilnost<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onesna\u017eevanje zraka namre\u010d predstavlja najbolj pere\u010d problem na in ob prometnih cestah v na\u0161ih mestih. Rezultati merilne kampanje \u201cPOZOR: tukaj je dihanje nevarno!\u201d, v sklopu katere smo februarja 2021 merili koncentracije du\u0161ikovega dioksida (NO<sub>2<\/sub>) v zraku, vzbujajo skrb, saj je zdravju zelo \u0161kodljiv plin, ki izvira predvsem iz dizelskih vozil, prisoten v previsokih koncentracijah. Zato je toliko pomembneje, da prav vsak od nas prispeva k re\u0161evanju te globalne te\u017eave.
